Go Pacey! Kick that door in!

Ever since Fringe began I find what I term “Inappropriate Sexy Moments” which are when Pacey (yes, Peter, whatever) does something that is not traditionally “sexy” yet make me go “OOOOHHHH!!!” anyway.

Things that fall under the ISM category would be when he smashes some guys hand, or hits another guy in the face with a pipe, or has to rescue damsels in distress from creepy science experiments by gently brushing the hair out of their faces while cooing assurances.

Last week’s episode Grey Matters was full of ISM’s starting with everytime he had to check someone’s skull for a brain surgery scar. Again with the gently brushing the hair out of the way! Even with his dad I was all gushy!

Followed by not one, but TWO different door smashings: first he kicked in a bathroom stall in frustration over Walter’s kidnapping; then he body slammed the front door of the house in which the kidnapped Walter was dying on the floor.

I think it is a testament to Josh Jackson’s charm and hotness that I even find his character’s violent tendencies exciting. Either that or I subconsciously wish that is what he had done to Dawson’s face (think how much better Capeside would have been if there had been more ass-kicking and less whining about soulmates and love triangles!)

I continue my love affair with the Wardrobe person for all the dark denims and form fitting shirts and of course the hot-ass jackets. But it is winter in Boston now! Bring back the pea coat dammit!

TONIGHT: Josh is on Craig Ferguson. If you were the betting type, I’d say there’s good money on me posting about it here tomorrow.

  1. Amy, you’re so right. what IS it about him???? he’s so familiar, he “reminds me of someone i know” if you can stand the cliche… i can’t even put a finger on it, this drives me nuts when i get to thinking about it and i’m not even kidding! he features largely in my dreams, and they’re not even naughty dreams, he’s just in them alot. i feel like i know him, like we hang out alot…. WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE TO ME PACEY?????

    • Hah! Yes he has that effect. I’ve known plenty of “Pacey Girls” in my day except, ahem, we’re all *women*. About to watch him on Craig Ferguson now!
